INCOTERMS ‘EXWORKS’ or ‘EXW’ / ‘DELIVERED AT PLACE’ or ‘DAP’ MEANING

To provide greater flexibility, we operate two export methods: EXW and DAP. Under EXW, customers collect the system from our UK export facility and assume responsibility for freight, insurance, and import duties.

Alternatively, under DAP, we ship the system to a nominated port, after which the customer manages import duties, customs procedures, and onwards transport. With DAP, it is often the case that the customer freight forwarder will take responsibility for the whole import process from the time the goods are received into the port shipper/customs warehouse.

    Testimonials

“Purchasing our magnetometer system from JBUAS has been a good decision. There are always anxieties when you’re buying expensive equipment from abroad (we are based in the UAE and JBUAS are based in the UK), but we wanted a good overall long-term service; not just up to a purchase decision but ongoing too. It’s fair to say that our anxieties are now long forgotten as the ‘hands-on’ service we have received from JBUAS has been truly outstanding. We will be recommending JBUAS to other partner companies and look forward to new systems in the future.”
